if you believe in the christian bible, shouldnt you worship the devil? if you believe that god granted satan riegn over hell, and allows him to constantly try and tempt you, than isnt that just a giant cosmic bet between god and the devil to see how many souls they each gan get? wouldnt that totally disregard any feelings you think god has for you because he appearntly is considering you as a another number of random souls he is tallying up against the devil? it would seem that if you bought into the bible than people would be nothing more than a pawn in a game of odds with the devil and god. if god would allow you to be tempted unknowingly on a constant basis, ready to let you be thrown to the devil, in which he grants permission to riegn against all that is good, he would not be someone i would think many would worship. i dont get it, if you believe in the bible, why dont you worship the devil? i think its all a control tool, butrespect the devil worshipers more than christians.

You poor deluded fool.
Let's look at a line from your question.

"i dont get it, if you believe in the bible, why dont you worship the devil? "

Now logically, from this statement, one might conclude that YOU do NOT believe in the Bible.

Does that mean then, that since you don't believe the Bible, that you worship God?

What a conundrum.

May I suggest that you actually READ the Bible and form your own ideas about it, rather than simply regurgitating
the verbal vomit of others?

Just a thought.

It is written in the Bible that the devil will always be the enemy of the humans and their children. Why worship an enemy?

God allows the devil to tempt us, true. But it is our own decision if we want to follow the devil. Being tempted is not yet a sin. It will only be a sin when you actually fall for it.

God wants to test our faith in him. A few years ago, I was all about God, because he was so good to me. My life was so good-school, at home, my friends. Then something happened which made me hate him. I became an atheist for a few months after that. My life seemed empty, as if it was all just a routine then I decided to turn back to him.

Worshiping God without meaning seemed pointless to me now. I only praised him before because life was good. Now, I have meaning for my worship. I have the strength to accept more trials from him.

God is our father and we are his children. What kind of father will bet his children to his enemy? Try to read the Bible again and find the deeper meaning in it.

God bless! Always!

No. not at all. I will never worship the devil i will always worship God and Jesus. Why would God want to bet something with the devil?. it was the devils fault for rebelling adam and eve against God and God threw satan out of heaven and into hell and so for how can that be a bet.

When you see images of hell in the comics, what do you see? A devil with horns, tail, cloven hoofs, and a pitchfork, surrounded by flames, ready to torture another soul with glee. Yet this scene does not occur in the Bible.

In the Bible, the devil does not have control of hell. As you read the Gospel accounts of Jesus, you'll find the devil right here on earth! He came to Jesus to tempt Him. The devil's agents are even possessing people, and Jesus had the authority to command them to depart.

In the book of Job, we find the devil doing only what God tells him to do, and he can't do any more than that (read Job 1-2 yourself). So God is bigger than the devil, and definitely worth all our respect and honor.

It sounds like you have based your theology on a hollywood movie. Nowhere does it say in the Bible that Satan rules over hell. In fact right now, satan is not even in hell. The bible teaches us that Satan is the accuser of the'brethren' or Christians, and he goes before God to accuse us of our sins. He tempts us... just as he tempted Jesus. He is roaming to and fro in the earth... seeking whom he may devour. His eventual end will be punishment in hell. Hell was never designed for man, but for Satan and the fallen angels. That's what the BIBLE teaches! Satan is not at all like God. Satan is Lucifer, a fallen cherubim.... a created being....who is limited in power and ability. He cannot be everywhere at the same time. He does not have unlimited power. He cannot control Christians. He does not have all knowledge. He does not know the future....he just guesses, except for the things the Bible says are in store for the future.. His future is fully determined by God... and he will end up in the bottomless pit forever. I suggest you pick up a Bible and read what it says about the real Satan and his future.

I think it's not more of the concept of the devil being given hell to "rule", because hell is usually seen as more of a concept of an eternity without the presence of God than anything else. It's not like 5000 square miles out in the Sahara or anything.

Your whole question deals with one "misconception" of mankind. That "is," the belief, "creation" was by the holy God in heaven, of which it is NOT, and this place we dwell on is anything but, "hell." The whole rellgious perspective is BACKWARDS and has been ever since the fall of the Egyptian empire 3100 years ago. "Mankind" was "created" as the PAWN as you put it, by the devil as it's HOSTS, "from" APES, a creature God in heaven created. How can the "devil" who has "injected" itself into mankind's mentality to be GOD ALMIGHTY bet against himself? God in heaven, is NOT this imposter of the bible and it's nature, behaviors, and murderous ways PROVE it, but people "become" the devil's HOSTS, and he then controls what they THINK, including the fact of believing he is the holy one in heaven.... Jesus said it best. "You are the descendants of the devil and DO the things of your FATHER........."

No, he has dominion over the earth until the second coming, at which time he will thrown into a bottomless pit. Hell is a place of punishment and therefore the devil wants to send people there, but he doesn't rule it.

it sounds like you've never read the bible. why would you want to worship evil and why would you want to go to a place of eternal pain and suffering. the bible makes sense to those that read and study it. they know Gods great love and mercy. God sent His Son to be a Sacrifice for His children, which the devil cannot get, altho they sin. His Sacrifice is why the devil can't get them. they continually strive to do right, altho the fail many times. but they look to Gods mercy thru His Son's blood Sacrifice.

Strange logic, but it makes sense to you. But God is not like that. God is a God of love. Yes there is that story in the OT about Job, but it is a story.. just a story. Even so called fairy tales are told for a reason. They convey deep truth to children, and so do some of the stories in the bible to God's children.
