k like every day this guy will like flirt with me I don't like him and I told him that he just won't leave me alone! I keep telling him to stop and now its to the point where I ingore him.

If you are in school, you need to report this to a counselor. You've told him to stop and he didn't. It is now in the field of harassment.
Ignoring him is the best thing to do. And not the active, make sure he notices, ignoring. Don't look, don't talk to your girlfriend and shoot darting looks at him. Don't linger where he is. Do not let your eyes make contact with his eyes at all.

First, I'd say have a sit-down with your best friend and honestly tell her what's going on so that she knows that you're being honest and loyal to her and also maybe she could address the situation since he continues to flirt when you've asked him not to.
You could also decide to meet with him talk to him after talking to your best friend (in a public place) and tell him politely but firmly (also calmly) that you're not interested in him that way and that he should stop.
With those 2 things, he should hopefully get the hint...

Just ignore him completely. If it continues, embaress him publicly, like call him ugly and you would never date him again, and if he still doesnt stop get a restraining order! This could turn into a problem.

Just tell him again that you are not interested. Tell him that if he does not leave you alone you will take legal action, even though you probably won't. Maybe that will make him leave you alone.

Let him know gently that it is over for a reason and then tell him that you're not comfortable with flirting anymore and that you would like your space if he doesn't respect that ignore him.
