Espero que me perdonaré.
Does this sentence make sense in the spanish subjunctive? I am not sure because the word perdonaré is in the future tense.

Do you really want to say "I hope that I will forgive myself"?
That would be: "Espero perdonarme" and you could add "a mí mismo/a" or "yo mismo/a".
If you're referring to another person ("I hope he/she will forgive me"), the subjunctive form would be:
"Espero que me perdone."

there is no future subjunctive so you must use the present subjunctive...so Espero que me perdone

For the present: Espero que me perdone.
For a hopeful future result: Espero que me vaya a perdonar. (I hope you/he/she is going to forgive me.)
Vay is the subjuntive of ir.
