Nietzsche quotes:
"God is dead"
"There was one Christian, he died on a cross"
Nietzsche believed that most people who were Christian were like a herd of sheep, that they can be made to believe anything.

I don't recall Darwin criticizing the Bible. He may have been an agnostic, but I don't believe he was an open critic of the Bible. Remember that before his journy on the HMS Beagle, Darwin was attending a seminary to become a priest in the Anglican Church. Most of Darwin's work was in the field of paleontology and evolutionary biology.

You are, as Nietzsche might say, fcuking amazing.
YOU have to compose the essay, and learn something along the way. I don't. And if college kids are trolling this lame site seeking an end-run around their homework, the end has surely come.

They all had their own assertions and theories about the human dilemma.
What do scholars do when another view is in direct opposition of their own? They naturally attempt to discredit that view by using the method of their science.
I can't go into detailed summaries of their criticism because this forum is too limited.

These guys may have criticized the Bible but they can never prove it's wrong cause it's not wrong. There are times a man thinks he's good enough and attempts to disprove Biblical proverbs. This is pride.

There's almost an entire chapter in "The God Delusion" (Richard Dawkins) devoted to Darwin's trials after denouncing the Christian & Catholic influence in world politics. Good read. :)

Darwin did not.
He was a Christian, and saw no conflict between his theory and Christianty.
