1) "Sometimes, when Cici was very bored, Cici played with the sock. That was usually fun, but the sock was stinky." (or "smelled bad" if that's easier)
2) "Since the guy at Safeway (store) didn't like me, Alessandra bought me and took me home."
3) "When I first came to New York, I didn't like it, but now I like it. But the food is better in China."
4) "Downstairs."

Sorry if it sounds like baby talk, I am making a movie (about a puppy) to present in my beginner Italian class so I'm trying to make it as easy to understand as possible. I've translated it myself, but it's far from perfect (which is what I want it to be since it's going on screen) so I really appreciate your help. Thanks to everyone who has already helped with other sentences! These are the last ones I'll be asking.

Please, only translate if you know Italian.

1) Talvolta, quando era molto annoiato (or 'annoiata' if Cicci is a female name - in Italian can be both, male and female), Cicci giocava con un calzino. Di solito ciò (or 'questo') era divertente, ma il calzino puzzava.
2) Dato che non piacevo al ragazzo di Safeway, Alessandra mi ha comprato e mi ha portato a casa (it makes no too much sense unless said by a speaking puppy).
3) New York non mi era piaciuta la prima volta che ci sono venuto (or 'venuta' if the speaker is a girl), ma adesso mi piace; in Cina però il cibo è migliore.
4) Al piano inferiore.

In standard Italian it should be Cicci and not Cici.
I'm not sure on the point #2 re. word "bought"

2) Visto che non piacevo al ragazzo del (negozio) Safeway, Alessandra mi ha preso e portato a casa
3) Quando all'inizio venni a new York, non mi piaceva, comunque adesso mi piace. Ma il cibo è meglio in Cina
