Your question is part in Portuguese, part in English. I think I better answer in English, since the Portuguese terms are not 100% correct: the Portuguese terms for scales (modos) are:
Jônio; Dórico; Frígio, Lídio, Mixolídio, Eólico and Lócrio

In English the terms for the 7 possible diatonic scales (named after the 7 greek provinces where they were found) are:

ionic; 1 -1 -1/2 -1 -1 -1 -1/2
doric; 1 - 1/2 - 1 -1 -1 -1/2
phrygic: 1/2 - 1 - 1 - 1 -1/2 - 1
lydic: 1 - 1 - 1 - 1/2 - 1 - 1- 1/2
mixolydic: 1 - 1 - 1/2 - 1 -1 -1/2 - 1
aeolic: 1 - 1/2 - 1 - 1 - 1/2 - 1
locrish; 1/2 - 1 -1 -1/2 - 1 -1 -1 -1

The sequence of half and full tone steps determining the scale is indicated after the name.
