Northern Tool, Fleet Farm, Tractor Supply, JC Whitney...any place that sells farm type equipment usually carries them....they use them a lot on tractors or try a company in your area that does handicap conversions on vans and such. GM has program called GM Mobility that offers discounts for such conversions.
Good luck, Paul

Steering wheel spinners or "suicide knobs" as they are more commonly known as can be purchased @ any auto store such as Pep Boys, Auto Zone, or any other automobile accessory store you can find.

However, just being able to purchase 1, doesn't mean that it can be legally used. In NY, you must have a restriction listed on your driver's license in order to be able to legally install 1 in your vehicle. If you don't have that restriction listed, then you can receive a summons for it.

A lot of younger people like to add these fancy accessories without even checking to see if they're legal.
