No, if you don't have a licence it is illegal to drive alone. Yes, the officer conducting the test WILL ask you who you came with.

That could preent a real problem, what about if you fail? Then what are you going to do?
It's not worth the hassle, you don't need to start your driving career with a ticket. It might take a lot longer to get your license then.

Check out a neighbor, or family friend, or a clergy member, try and find someone who can go with you.

Good luck on the test.

They will likely ask who accompanied you. If you can't produce someone, they will not give you your test. Driving alone on the learner permit is a violation, and a violation is an automatic failure, anyway. They may impound your car as well, because you obviously can't drive home either.

It would be illegal to do that in Minnesota. I wouldn't think it would be worth the risk. I would guess the car isn't yours, which would make you a car thief. Just doesn't make sense to me to risk the car being empounded and a sure bet you won't get your license that day.

park the car up there the night before and then walk home. then in the morning when you get there they would have noticed the car being there when they got there in the morning. if you fail leave the car there and pick it up when they close. if they ask say someone lefted the car off for you.....hope you pass!!!

You will have to have a Parent or Guardian present to sign for you to be able to even take the test. You will have to reschedule
