For girls, the first time is not so good. Actually it is quite painful. It slowly gets less painfull after a few times and begins to become a pleasurable experience. You will feel like you gave away something so I would recommend you wait until you find someone you plan on being with on a long term basis...like a lifetime. Try to hold off while in school. It will mess up your concentration. 16 years is seriously too young. Sex actually alters the developing brain in a negative way. Your brain is physiologically ready for the experience after about 22 years of age. In my opinion, you are emotionally ready in your mid 20s. jason

Why worry? Save it for someone who you love and for now just date and have fun with guys. There is sooo much time to get physical and 16 is much to young.

Girl wait it's painful. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have never had sex. Girl keep your virginity and save it until marriage. B/c that's the way it's suppose to be. So If you and the guy continue to date and if he really cares his willing to wait.

Well when your as young as you it does not feel good! I picked someone who did not love me and I got hurt! I did not enjoy sex until I was 19. Before that all the boys wanted with me was to make themselves feel good not me! It is uncomfortable until you find someone who cares about you and wants you to feel pleasure also.

WAIT UNTIL YOU'RE MARRIED. I'm 18 and survived my teenage "raging sex hormone" years. Wait until you're married, then you can give yourself to the right one ("Mr. Right") at the right time (whenever you want :P).

For me, it didn't hurt like everyone said it did. And if you are really thinking about it now, go to planned parenthood and get on the pill or the depo shot. I know it seems like a long way off, but trust me, you never know when you will be ready for sure.
It may be tomorrow!
No one will know if you went (I don't know how close you are to your mom, my mom put me on the pill), but go on your own! Cause, if you are unprepared for sex...trust me, you are unprepared for a birth! Be careful! =)

if you scare that you gonna have sex with him then bring a condom, that's always came handy, i heard all my friends are 16 and their gf got pregnant like crazy........ that's because they wasn't ready.....
