I suggest "DEO SERVIMUS" and " DOMINO NOSTRO SERVIMUS".
I'm not English mother tongue and I don't understand what means 'In God we serve'.
I've translated as it was "We serve God".
Latin has not the progressive form of tenses and therefore
"Serving our Lord" is same thing as "We serve our Lord".
The verb "servio" agrees with the dative

Per Deum servimus. (This is actually "through God we serve", which on reflection is the true meaning.)

Yiphoo33, where did you find these mottoes?
if it is "God we serve" Cicero would have said "Deum colemus" but we can also use "Deo servimus".
"Serving God" could be "Deum colens" or "Dominum Nostrum colens".
