If you mean to lighten your skin: something with hydroquinone (I am using the one by Proactive, and my face lightened, scars faded)
If you mean to lighten hair: jolen or sally hansen - they both work well!!

Ive been using Ambi. Its a fade cream, for a while i thought maybe i had been kidding mahself that it was working but a friend I hadnt seen in quite sometime commented that mah face looked so clear and bright (and i hadnt even mentioned the cream). It may be just for darker complextions tho, im not sure. Personaly it seems to take too long to see results BUT prehaps something that worked to fast would be bad for your skin.

Used to use "Jolen" when I was younger. As long as your hair is not too dark and thick it will turn blond if your hair is too much on your lip and is really dark it will turn orange.
I suggest waxing. Try it at a salon first it isn't too expensive and it gets rid of it all.
Good luck.
