Are you aware that the number on your card isn't necessarily the account number, and the account number is the number that they are after?

What did Barb Out say?

There could be a couple of reasons

1) Credit card is expired
2) Your mailing address and billing address do not match
3) You did not enter or wrongly entered the 3 digit code on the
back of your credit card
4.) your credit card is maxed out

Contact Yahoo Customer Service and see why they keep
rejecting it, then you will get the real answer and you
can give them the 10 points
