if they are worth it is up to you both.
Are there trust issues?
Are there plans for either person to move to the others state?
Internet relationships can be tough, but if the feelings you have for eachother are storng enough, you will be able to have as good as a chance of making it as anyone.

it depends on whether u know them or not. If you know them then its fine but if u don't be careful of who's on the other end. I have some issues with that because i have a friend who was sexually assaulted and i know the pain her family and friends went through, and it was a horrible experience. Just be careful.

they can be a great experience but it wont be the same as having the person with you physically... be very careful you never know who it really is on the other side of the screen. Good Luck

if you're going to meet him in real life then yes. if you just need someonme to talk to and flirt with then make sure he wants that to, you dont want him getting too serious and you not being serious. but dont cry over it.. no guy is worth crying over.

it can............I'm in one right now, i guess it could. Well it depends, if you can wait for him, then it is worth it, but if you can't then no way.
