Depending on what sticks out more. Your going to hate me for this but its often hard to not look at the boobs if they have some cleverage goin on. Other then that its the face then usually look down depending.

Usually its boobs. (sorry but its true)
There are some guys however that do notice other things first.
Like me, for instance. I notice hair first.
And I know a lot of guys who notice a pretty face first.

I try to look at all of her and see how she looks top to bottom, then if we get together for coffee, I like to try to get a feel for her personality and what interests her to see if we are similar in our ways...

9 times out of 10 it is garenteed to be the way she looks or something specific about her appearance.
I know it sucks but thats just how it is!
