dont obsess over little things like this.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.

Should you eat a sugar filled cereal while on youre diet? Sure, if you dont want to loose any weight. You should be eating whole wheat and complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, potatoes, and "healthy" cereal. You should also be eating large amounts of high quality protein like chicken, fish, and lean beef. A little omega fat is also good for raising metabolism. You can get this from nuts, fish, and flaxseed oil. Each meal should have carbs, protein, and fat in a 40-30-30 percent mix respectively based on calories. So for a 300 calorie meal, you should have around 120 calories worth of carbs, and 90 calories of protein and fat. Remember that carbs and protein are 4 calories per gram and fat is 9 calories per gram. You should also be eating at least 4-5 times a day if you can. The more often you eat, the higher your metabolism will be and you will be less likely to convert your unused calories into fat. Keep your meals small and do not be afraid of carbs. If they are good carbs then they wont hurt you. Just watch out for processed carbs like white bread and Trix...haha. Sounds tough but once you get into a routine you will never look back. Look for more tips on the internet and such that will help you create a meal plan. Do not starve yourself and only eat cereal, you might lose a few pounds but it will come right back at the drop of a hat. Loosing weight should be about a lifestyle change, not some temporary diet.

Try reading the ingredients on your cereal. If sugar, corn syrup, or high fructose corn syrup are in the first three ingredients, you are probably eating way too much sugar. If you like the taste of this cereal, try going to a health food store where they have varieties that are made with unprocessed sugar which take longer to digest (meaning they are better for you).
Any food that has sugar in the first three ingredients should be avoided. Also, regardless of what it says on the nutritional info, if it has partially hydrogenated oil you should not eat it, that is transfat.
Your breakfast should be make of at least 250 calories, and should be mostly fiber and protien.

I had a toddler a month in the past. I additionally had a midwife. I have been given caught at 5cm with contractions a million after the different and that i could no longer take it anymore. i wanted an epidural, which meant that i became a pass of care. My midwives stayed with me the whole time regardless of the undeniable fact that, and characteristic completed the post-beginning visits as nicely. I had 2 epidurals, neither of which labored (and the surgeon had no thought why), so I had a spinal block, or despite it incredibly is they supply you once you have a c-area, yet no longer as reliable. It became meant to final 4 hours, yet basically lasted one. I then had to beg them to furnish me some morphine (which did no longer do plenty). So honestly what i'm asserting, is discover out in the adventure that your midwife has well-being facility privileges. I had my daughter 12:19am Sunday morning and have been given out Monday afternoon, yet i will have left beforehand, or stayed longer.
