Healthy eating and living, diets vary depending on medical issues you may or may not have, if you exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes a day and eat breaky/midmornsnack/lunch/arvosnack/dinner you will keep your metabolism working for you, but if you have things like Hormone/Diabetes issues, sometimes a low GI diet is the best for you, consult your doctor and try to make some healthy changes!

your body needs calories to operate, so make sure you're eating about 2000 calories a day. eat breakfast, lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean meats and low fat dairy. forget the fad diets, any diet, low fat, low carb, or low calorie plans because they're full of preservatives that have been shown to counteract weight loss. instead, remember that:

calories in < calories used = weight loss

so, in addition to eating healthy, workout for 30 minutes every day: go out to play, ride a bike, go for a walk with your parents after dinner, walk the dog, dance, swim, or go for a jog. now is a good time to get into healthy habits so you don't get sucked into fads and eating disorders. besides, you'll probably grow a few inches in the next few years.

btw, it's very important that you accept and love your body for what it is. you are beautiful and wonderful and put on this earth for a very special reason. tell yourself that every day.

Or try Weight Watchers. Worked for me and once you learn it (along with spelling), it sticks with you for life!

Jump rope.
Helped me lose 10lbs pretty quickly.
Do it like 30 mins to 45 mins a day!

Really, it come down to stop eating at fast food, and eat right. Working out is good too...just eat less....we eat to much here anyway.

why your height weight stay you if someone dont like dont worry maybe they are 1 pound more than you it sounds like you are the perfic size ok then dont worry about other people your first
