In other words, no one will go to hell because Jesus died for our sins and all was forgiven when he died.

Some of his disciples turned him into a god-man, and since god-men were known from previous religions to sacrifice themselves to save the world, they thought to make Jesus one of them. Not a very original idea. Jesus didn’t die for anyone’s sins the whole thing was made up, and they made it up as they went along, read Paul.

Unfortunately people do go to hell but the good news is since Jesus died for us we can avoid it or if we end up there we still can get out if we ask forgiveness and admit our mistakes. Our salvation is not automatic. We have to live like Jesus said to live and follow his example. Eventually, all sins will be forgiven and nobody will be left in hell (Mark 3:28).

I don't think to many people (Christians included) think much about this issue. The Bible however is clear it says:
Matthew 12:31
Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

There will be only one charge against a person at the great judgment. Denial of the Holy Ghost. If you have turned away from His leading to guide you to Christ that will be yje only sin you will answer for... Jim

Even if we assume that Jesus truly died for our sins, the maximum that could have been forgiven was the sins committed till the date of his death.Sins committed after his death could not have been forgiven in advance even without knowing what these were.In my humble opinion it is better to lead a kind of life without indulging in sin and not go into this rigmarole. For certainly the intention of Jesus in dying could not have been that people keep on indulging in sin without fear.

No, you have it all wrong, I believe in the Bible it says a third will go to Heaven, but alot of people do not know Jesus, or reject The Lord, so when they do that they will not be forgiven, how can you be forgiven when you do not have faith or believe. No, you just can't intentionally go out and sin, you must ask for forgiveness and truly mean it in your heart, Only God knows your true heart.

Yes, if you truly realize you are a sinner, that means knowing that your unbelief was the biggest sin of all. We still sin although mostly unintentionally but having Christ in you, therefore the Holy Spirit it gets brought to your attention, although some people have a problem with that.We are not perfect we make mistakes but God forgives. The hard part is realizing your sinning by not believing in the first place.

1. A gift has to be offered AND accepted before ownership passes to the intended receiver. Jesus has made salvation available to all, but some will not accept it.

2. "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life." (Romans 5:1-4)

He died to buy back for us what adam lost a perfect sinless body. So what we inherit from Adam is not held against us.
So we are judged indivuality by our own deeds wether good or bad.
Romans 5:12 That is why just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned.
Thus thru obedience of one man many will be constituted righteous.

He died so that we may never have to suffer the final death..eternal seperation from God. Remember when Jesus was on the cross and He said " Father why have you forsaken me"....He was experiencing what it was like to be totally seperated from God...
If we accept Jesus and the gift that He gave us..dying to pay the ultimate penalty for our sins..when we should be dying for our own sins..He made the way for us to go to God and ask for forgiveness each time we make a mistake..and God forgives us and wipes the slate clean so that at that moment we are sinless..unless and until we sin again.
If we did not have this opportunity, noone would go to heaven..all would die forever....
God knows our heart..He knows if we are genuinelly sorry and also knows if we are genuinely trying to follow Jesus in everything.... we cannot fool him by just saying sorry and doing it all again and again on purpose.
People will be destroyed at the end..those who have never accepted the free gift that Jesus offered us..they have not tried to follow Jesus..they do not want to stop sinning.
There will be those christians who will be destroyed forever who have not followed the teachings of Christ and have deceived others in their man made teachings etc..
People can say they love Him..yet lie.....
Jesus said that those who say they love Him yet do not follow His commandments are liars and the truth is not in them.
Jesus made things so simple..10 rules to follow..yet most christians have thrown them out....the sabbath was a sign between Jesus and His followers..the tencommandments as a whole was all He asked of us..
It is about striving....
Revelation talks about there just being a remnant of people holding fast to His truth and going home.

That's true, he did. However, if Jesus is just and right, like he says he is, then he can't be in the presence of evil. So if we do evil things, we can't go to heaven, because our hearts are not clean. God dying on the cross provided the way for our sins to be wiped away though, which is by repenting and asking God to forgive us of our sins. I hope this makes sense.
