Depends on if its chat based or cam. With cam you got the advantages of seeing your partner and hearing her/him. Basicly you create the atmosphere as if you was having sex only u subitute the man/female parts with objects/hands/whatever.
Doesnt really float my boat however

You have to use your imagination in doing this. But in my opinion, if you are with someone right now, I would consider cybersex to be cheating on your significant other. It is something to get by, but still feels nothing close to the real thing, because you have no one there beside you that cares about you. All cybersex is is a stranger on the other end wanting to get off.
