Zits and pimples are the same thing. NEVER squeeze a pimple! You run the risk of forcing the infection into the surrounding tissues. Let them dry up or open on their own.

If your acne is a real problem for you, please see a dermatologist. So much can be done today that there is really no reason to struggle with acne.
