I see posts on here from, primarily, four groups:
(1) angry or sarcastic atheists (the sarcastic ones are funnier)
(2) fundies (fundamentalist Christians)
(3) Muslims (the most polite of the bunch), and
(4) Roman Catholics (close runner-up to the Muslims)

So where are all the agnostics? It'd be nice to see someone around here who's willing to admit that he may be wrong....

To the person who asked which category I'm in, I don't fit neatly in any of them. I was agnostic 'till age 20, had an overnight conversion through a near-death experience, spent several years as a Catholic, then had to leave that Church when the pedophilia scandal broke wide open a few years ago. I guess you could call me a "homeless Christian." I'm definitely not a fundie, though -- I'm not a Biblical literalist, and believe strongly in evolution.

Since the term agnostic means "I don't know" what have they got to post about? They just don't know so they cannot take any meaningful position one way or the other.

I'm agnostic. Some may call me indecisive, but I see possibilities from all sides. At the moment it's really impossible for me to decide where I want to stand. I am perfectly happy being on the fence as I think I can see views from both sides a bit better than some and make my judgements from that.

The agnostics are there but they generally don't care enough to post on religious matters. Atheists believe firmly that there is no god. Religious types do believe in a god so both will post on questions about god. Agnostics don't know one way or another, and most don't care.

I'm an agnostic (formerly Roman Catholic). ☺
I, too, believe in evolution.

The problem with us agnostics is that we just don't evangelize enough.

The problem with spiritual apathy is that it's hard to start a jihad.
