Just about anything Sweet Baby Ray puts out is delicious.

I like the Honey sauce that someone else mentioned, but they've also got a Hickory and Brown Sugar flavor that'll make your tongue slap your eye teeth out, it's so good!

Edit:

Sweet Baby Ray's is available here in the Midwest. I know it's sold in Illinois and Missouri, and I imagine you can buy it in other Midwestern states, too.

Sweet Baby Rays and it should be available at most groceries.....I like the original flavor myself.
If you ever get the chance try Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy (blue label). It is also very good.

It is always cheaper to do it yourself but it depends on what your time is worth. Personally, I always do a pot luck for parties. It makes for a great variety of food and no one is stuck footing the bill for everything. Just tell people what you need; someone brings buns, someone brings tossed salad, someone brings potato salad, everyone brings their own beverages, you supply the meats/paper plates, etc.
