Well, I have this boyfriend and it is really hard to tell if he likes me or not. He would tell me that he loved me-that was until I told him that he didn't. I think that I might be keeping him from actually liking me. I think the only reason he ever stared going out with me is because he said I was "hot". Another thing that goes along with that is that I am short-like he is.

first of all, your height shouldnt have anything to do with the relationship you have with him. secondly, he shouldnt be your boyfriend if you have to question whether he truly likes you or not. if he is putting in enough time and effort to be your boyfriend, chances are he LIKES YOU!! so dont worry too much, and if it doesnt work out - then dont force it. good luck

How do you know he doesn't love you?I am sure you hurt his feelings by saying that to him so it may take some time to get over that for him..He obviously likes you for some reason and it may not be just for your looks so take it as a compliment and allow him to say how he feels without judging him..Not everyone falls in love at the same time so give yourself a chance to know him even better than you do now and you may figure out that your feelings will deepen for him him over time..If they don't then maybe he isn't the ideal guy for you to be with..you know beauty is in the eye of the beholder and what one guy thinks is hot another may not..but looks should not be the guide in a relationship,there is so much more to it than that..give it time okay? good luck! =)

It sounds like you have a really low self esteem and you think you arent worthy of his love. But you are, thats why you are his gf. Depending on how long you guys were together, you can tell if he trully cares for you or not. If he respects your opinion, doesnt pressure you, you've met his friends and family. those are the signs that he really cares for you. If you havent been long enough to see any of these things then give it time, dont do anyhting you wouldnt want to. Even if his intention was using you, if you get to change his mind and get his respect, he will like you for sure for who you are.

If he is your boyfriend he likes you, why would he go out with you if he dosen't like you? If he thinks you are hot that also means he likes you. He probaly feels hurt because you told him you don't love him, which makes me think that you don't like him. If you don't like him why are you dateing him? Is this one of those little kid relationships where you guys don't see eachother except at school and talking on the phone? ummm I think you should figure out if you like him cause he ovouisly likes you cause he hasen't broken up with you. maybe you should sit down and talk to him about how you feel about him and how he feels about you, and maybe get to know eachother alittle more. good luck hope this was helpfull.

well......... i do no wht u mean. i had a bf and he said he loved me, but it never seemed like he tryed, or cared.
but really u have to think, does it sound like he would lie??
if u have doubts tht he likes u just ask urself........
1) does he seem to listen well and understand wht im saying?
2) does he care for u, and when it looks like ur sad, does he ask u whts wrong?
3) does he stop dead in his tracks just to give u a hug or just to say hi?
4) does he ever give u complements, even when u dont need it?
5) does he seem to light up when ever he sees u?
really there is more, but this is just some............. but the most important thing is wht ur heart is saying.........

just b/c he started going out with u b/c u were hot doesnt mean thats why he is still with you.
i dont know ur situation, but from what i get he sounds kind of alienated.
but i can judge that; no one on here can cuz we dont see how it is when it is just the two of you.
i would say this. ask yourself how long you have been together and decide how long u have been feeling this way.
dont take too long deciding or else he may get sick of you. it isnt fair to just keep him there. its not fair to him or to you.

My way of making sure he loves me for me wud be to tell him i want to have sex.. if he got relly excited.. id tell him to forget about it. If he told me too wait a while longer or asked me if i was sure and trully ready he is a keeper...And if u didnt want to have sex and he asked u if u were ready just say.. u dont think u are ready anymore and that u want to wait.. just a little longer until your mind is back on track!! Some boys say they love u when they just want to get in ur pants!! :@ tht bugs me lol

some guys are hard to express their feelings and when they do its a huge step...and when the person they express themselves to rejects their feelings, its twice as hard to get it out the next time....So many girls judge by what they hear and not by how they are treated...its one of the big mysteries between men and women is understanding each others differences.

yes i know this it happend okay if he saw u and he tol u he loves u then he dose if u call him then u dont for 3 2 days he says why did u not call then he likes u if u really got felings for him tell him i really love u and if u r just playing arround with me then we cant be together any more.
