You could always try to find new people to hang out with.
If it's about that class you were talking about in an earlier question, here's some things you could try:
Get lots of exercise in the morning and during your lunch break so you don't get so antsy during class.
Try doodling or some other quiet activity that keeps you busy but doesn't bother other people.
If you still feel the compulsion to be "annoying" (whatever that means) go see the guidance counsellor. S/he is trained, and can tell you if your habits are over the top or just normal (in other words, if this is your problem, or other people's problem). S/he can also make a judgement as to whether you might have ADD or something that may respond to medication or dietary changes.
You sound young; you might just have to wait until your brain grows the right connections that allow you to repress the "annoying" behavior.
BTW, if the guidance counsellor tells you that the other people are the ones with the problem, don't feel to bad. High school doesn't last forever -- they might need some time to grow up, too.

Honestly, I feel like I have the same problem with my boyfriends friends. They hate me, and it is because he spends all his time with me and not them. he can't stand to let me out of his sight (not for jealousy or trust issues we just like each other that much). The point is what I have done is just shut up. Anything I said be it three words or a story, I feel like everything I say makes them want to SCREAM at me. They roll their eyes, cut me off, and I just stop talking. That are immature people and have their minds made up. Once you give a first impression to someone it almost can't be changed. I have tried my HARDEST to make these guys like me, but the only thing I could do was literally sit there looking pretty, and not talking. Unless spoken to of course.
Hope that is use full.
BTW some of the people who answered this to begin with are jerks, and I am sure that they think they are being funny, but pay them no attention, they are the annoying ones to their friends, and feel inadequate, so they come on here to feel better about themselves.

Well, first off, it's good you asked on the Internet and not in real life because it would be annoying if you asked someone this question in real life.
1. Don't talk so much and before you ask a question think about it.
2. Find out what annoys people about you.
3. Fix problems. Even if someones personality isn't particularly annoying, if they're smelly or have horrible acne or have boogers hanging out of their nose, they will be annoying to talk to. Make sure you don't have anything too horribly wrong with you.

Don't ask annoying questions. If you say something that's annoying, remember not to say it again. Don't hang on people constantly-if you do that. What type of traits do you have that people say are annoying? Whatever they are, stop doing them, or you can do something a little easier. Get new friends who will accept you as you are.

well since like 9 million people are all like stop being annoying, my answer is try being even more annoying! People will eventually learn to love you as you are, or brutally murder you because you push them over the edge. I seriously think this could work out for you. Good Luck!

People see me as annoying, but I'm working on it.
My suggestion is to just not bother with them. I don't mean ignore them, I mean just don't talk or interact much with people that think you are annoying and they will start to forget that you are annoying.
Also it will probably have the effect of making you feel less like you want to annoy them.
I know it is not easy to annoy people but it will be easier if you just don't interact with those people at all. Only socialize freely with people that you never annoy.

To actually be helpful, unlike most of the first answers, I'm not sure what some people see you as annoying for, like if you interrupt a lot or things like that, but I would just be kinda quiet I guess.....

Well, it depends on what traits people find annoying about you. You could ask them upfront.. (this might be seen as annoying, but at least you're finding out more about people.)
You might consider thinking full sentences about the topic you're bringing up. Avoid politics or religion. Those are two hot button topics..
If its your hygiene, it should be relatively easy to fix.. Brush your hair, teeth, clean under your nails and shower more often.. If you do all these daily, Kudos!
Maybe its your mannerisms? Clicking a pen when you're nervous or bored.. Chewing on things, tapping your feet..These can all be construed as annoying. Work on your nervous tics, try to control them.. Even though I know everyone has their own traits. You're just special, and you should find people who love you for who you are.

don't give a shi t if they think that ur annoying. find people who like you as ur annoying self and won't try to change you. trust me, i've been down that road, and you just cant change the fact that ur annoying; it's just one of those things you can't get rid of. all these people say, "stop being annoying." but it's damn near impossible. i had this problem all through school until this year. now i have friends who i like that like me back. eventually you'll grow out like me, but people are stupid and don't really care if ur a different person. they will probably think that ur an annoying person for years, but who cares, screw them. just be nice and find ur own groove. it'll all be gravy.

Gee, how about stop being annoying!
There are literally hundreds of annoying things you can do.
Which ones do you allow yourself?
I, for example don't like to hear sarcastic remarks, deal with backstabbing colleagues and profane language irks me to the max. How about you? What do you dislike?
