spring break really screwed me up with my cell,i got it taken away like idk 2 sundays ago,so i guess 3 weeks this sunday- i graduate (from junior high) on may 17th i am REALLLY trying to get it back then but my step dad keeps saying NO june 1,but gosh! i canot wait that long!! ugh,but my mouth really got me into trouble also,cuz i said all this stuff to my stepdad ..that seirously shouldnt of been said...but how can i convince my mom and step dad to giving me my phone back

You should obviously apologize then give it some time, so they won't think you're only apologizing just to get your phone back. Besides, I'm certain you can get by w/o it for a while. Maybe some time w/o it will give you time to think about why you said what is was you did to your stepfather. Does he help pay the bill for this phone? Sounds bit disrespectful to me and some form of punishment is due. In the future carefully consider your words before you speak.

I would appologize, and say ur sorry for saying those things. Then do a lot of stuff like dishes and cleaning ur room. And don't hang out with ur friends but stay around the house and help out. I know that this probably sounds gay but it should work. If push comes to shove you could always get a prepay phone from walmart. I know how you feel cause I had something similar happen to me. they didnt really notice intil i was talkin on the phone.

you should wait it out. don't say anythign impulsively because it will only make matters worse. show them that you're mature and able to handle your punishment. and maybe eventually they'll reconsider
