diplomacy Coordinator Robyn Broughton says His Holiness rather needed to work together with team and scholars. simply by fact the potential of St David is limited to 500 human beings, it replaced into desperate to run a contest to choose which team and scholars can attend – asking what question they might ask the Dalai Lama. the competition closes on Friday 19 April, yet Mrs Broughton says there has been an stunning reaction already from team around the campus. “we've had entries from around the board,” she says. “good from PhD scholars to senior administration.” And the questions conceal a spectrum of subjects too. “There are extremely some around the thank you to realize stability in a hectic life, extremely some around His Holiness’s techniques around the area of tertiary coaching for young babies, some around the thank you to stay effective, somebody has asked ‘in case you will desire to be an animal, what would you be?’, yet another has asked ‘what's your conventional childhood reminiscence?’.” the perfect inquiries to be placed to His Holiness would be chosen via the national organiser of the Dalai Lama have faith, yet Mrs Broughton believes there'll be mix of severe and greater gentle-hearted questions. Professor Mark Henaghan of regulation will facilitate the consultation and placed the inquiries to him.

Your friendship should mean more than a girl. If you care about this friend you'll respect him and not ask the girl out. However, if you really care about her too, talk to your friend and see if he'd be willing to give you the chance. But I do warn that there is a chance that even taking this step may cause problems within your friendship

It's really up to the girl whom she wants to date. This choice should be left to her. If this ruins your friendship then may be you should reevaluate this friendship of yours. A true friend would be happy for you if she wanted to go with you as you should be happy for him if by chance she wants to go out with him. Anyway, I'm sure there are other beautiful girls in your town. It's easy to find someone else. I say go for her. And if she goes out with you, who knows this relationship may be way worth it. After all if it doesn't work out, I'm sure you will be able to find someone else. Your friend should be happy for you, jelousy is not a good friendship trait. Be honest with her and tell her how you feel, what's the worst thing that can happen? She may say no, it's not the end of the world.

If you value his friendship more or want her more is the choice to make. You might want to tell him that you are asking her out (but leave out the "you don't have a chance" part) and tell him that you have real feelings and if he is a good friend he won't stop you. Screw the "male code" or whatever.

Your friend doesn't have the right to be telling you who you should date and who you shouldn't. UNLESS OF COURSE he is dating the girl himself. I MEAN TRULY DATING, it does not sound like he is. It just sounds like a jealousy factor.

Ask her out, what do you have to lose? If you lose your friend over it, then he was never a true friend to began with.

you shoudlnt ask her out yet. you need to talk to your friend and just tell him that you like her and you want to go out with her. if he really doesn't have chance, and he still won't let you go out with her. then you need to think about why he's being like that? how does the girl feel about you? does she like you more than your friend? for now, you shouldn't ask her out unles syou want to kill your friendship. you should wait a bit and let your friend get used to the idea. and with some time if he hasn't let go of it, then you have to choose the girl or your friend. but hopefully, he'll get over it.
