Well the Shakers religion practiced celibacy among its members. That will do the trick.

You can not change a large group of people. It's been said that one out of every nine people will disagree with you, no matter the subject. You could, however, destroy something the religious group sanctions. You'd have a hard time with large religions, which turn into an indestructable power after a certain point.

You can't prove anything to someone who is completely delusioned by a fantasy world wrong. You just have to suck it up and realize that some people do not want to face reality or cold hard facts. I'm not speaking about any religion specifically even. If it's not hurting themselves or anyone else, let them have their (possibly) made up world I guess.

why does it matter what else someone believes? If they are not hurting others let them be. "What the world needs now is love sweet love....its the only thing that theres just to little of."

You can't stop christianity. There was is and always will be a God ,,,, so you lost the battle there. Nonbelievers however will have to bow down one day, just wait and see.
