does this mean something. my friend keeps appearing in my dreams. he's a good friend. sometimes stuff hapens like sex. and other times is real life situation that's going on between me and him. what does this mean? is it a good sign? or just fantasy land?

No...Dreams do not mean anything, alot of pepole dream strange stuff like that and it never turns out to become a real life situation it my be a fantasy to do the stuff your dreaming but it is not ment to happen or fate it is just a dream.

Could be either. You didnt disclose what kind of a friend he is, without that im only guessing what your relationship was.
