Well......... yes u should convert to Islam. This would not only help u in ur life in this world but also in ur life in the world hereafter. Islam is the only religion which explains u the true meaning of God. Its holy book Quran hasn't been changed since the time it was revealed to prophet Muhammed (pbuh) 1400 yrs ago whereas the other holy books have been changed. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world today. Its only through Islam that one can achieve salvation and eternal bliss.

How about not believing in any organized religion that has at least killed 1 person in history?
take everything in with a grain of salt. Life is too short to worry about the afterlife.

You can do whatever you want... freedom of religion, in theory. If you like Islam and it works for you to teach you wisdom, compassion, altruism and refraining from unkind speech... I say go for it.
