#1 Stop shaving your arms.. if you are doing that to remove hair you are only making it worse.
#2 Apply pressure to the cut. It will eventually stop bleeding. If it doesn't scab over by morning go see your doctor.
#3 Keep the area clean and let it get plenty of air.

Apply pressure and then a band-aid. Meanwhile, consider taking a look at normal vs. abnormal moles on sites that describe melanoma. If the mole needs to be looked at by a doctor, now is the time.

It will stop. Just get some gauze or a clean towel and apply pressure to it. It will stop if you hold it on there for a few minutes.

ohhh greeeeat, bad idea you did.
I don't know how to stop it, but if you cut a mole it'll get bigger and perhaps form into cancer.
