first of all your not fat, at 14 you shouldn't worry about wither or not your fat, I know it is hard to except you for you but, you have to cause your the only you you've got! there's only one, and that make everything about you unique and one of a kind. it doesn't matter what others think you have to look deep within and truly be honest with how YOU fell about your self and go from there.
I am 5 10 as well and 200 lbs. and sure I would like to lose a few but that only based on my opinion of myself, no one elses. I use to model at this weight and height, so trust me there are people who will love you the way you are, and those who don't than get them out of your life and run fast cause you only need ones that except you for you.

No, I don't think you are fat you are lucky you are to be alive you should enjoy life by not thinking how the outside of you looks I personally think the inside of a person matters the most. Anyways no you are not fat it's normal for a 14`year old to be 197 pounds at your age I was 159 and I thought I was fat then by just thinking in how I look I got to seriously big depression. Also according to scientist if you think you are fat the father you will become because everything its in your head . So just don't think on how you look because you are not fat.

You're not fat, your just big boned lol. No seriously, I am pretty sure you just have a larger build and heavier body frame, which is contributing to how much you weigh. You look nowhere near 200lb. You don't even look overweight or big.
You can have a word with your doctor about having your body fat percentage. If this is healthy, then you don't need to be concerned.

Maybe a little on the chubby side but that's very normal for teens. i look about the same except i weigh less cause I'm also 3 inches shorter!
Don't stress about it although we all should exercise and eat healthy as a matter of course, but do NOT let it consume your life or you won't ever have any fun!

you don't look 200 lbs in that pic. you don't look fat though. but it's a good idea to eat healthy and exercise anyways. you will feel a ton better. consider a healthy vegetarian diet. it's worked well for me.

The BMI scale is bull for a lot of reasons. One of them being it doesn't take into consideration if you're built bigger than others in your range. You look healthy but "chunky". You're not FAT.
