When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

You can't reduce girth in one specific area at a time. If you want to slim your thighs you'll need to exercise any way you can and watch what you eat. Even just cutting back on some foods can help and just walking a little bit more makes a difference.
Genes define what our shape is too so if diet and exercise don't do the trick..you'll need to learn to accept this.

i would say cardio
long duration of cardio exercise
will result in muscle compact
than muscle growth like body builders
such exercise such as running
treadmill
crosstraining
elliptical
rowing but concentrate on leg more
stepper
bike
backstroke (uses more leg power than freestyle)

wear tight pants LOL. Lots of bicycle riding and jogging also ruining up and down stairs is also good.
