DO NOT MOVE IN WITH HIM!
One of my neighbors was living with a man and they had two children together. I know they lived next door to me for about ten years. The man had a heart attack and died, that is when I found out that he was married to some woman in New York. She came here, didn't even bother to claim the body, took my neighbor's house (it was in HIS name), collected his insurance from his job (he never took her name off), collected the pension money, etc. The poor girlfriend and her kids were basically left with nothing. I also learned that the kids did not even have his name! Legally, the wife is still the wife, so I say DON'T DO THIS! Let him get a divorce first, and don't mess up YOUR kid's life with someone like this. Set a good example for your child. Do things right. If you must live with someone, let them be single like yourself.

If you just want to be a live in lover go for it.
But if you are looking for a lasting commitment then wait until the divorce is final. I have seen too many couples where they just let the divorce drift, so as to avoid making a full commitment to somebody else.
My "never to be ex" brother in law is one of them. He and his wife are separated for more than ten years but he won't get a divorce, even though he's had a girlfriend for 9 of those years, because this way he "can't offer her a commitment"

Before you go running out buying his and her towels, ask him to file for a divorce. What are they holding onto? She moved on with her life and moved in with a new man and he wants to do the same with you so there should be no excuse as to why they can't finalize their separation and get a divorce. Don't fall into any traps. Take your time before you make any quick decisions. It's not only your life but also your child.

No. Youve probably heard this before, but you should definently wait until he is getting a divorce. Things can get sticky when placed in the middle of as situation like that. Just wait.I hope i've been a help, good luck!

All i can say is BE CAREFUL HUN!!! Ummm, do you really love this guy?? Is he it for you, forever?? Cos the other woman will always be in his life and he's married to her too!.
Look, truly, why don't you tell him to get a divorce first? Can't you wait till he's divorced b4 you move in? I would avoid that situating like a bad case of herpes! don't go there till he is divorced!!! Bad bad bad move if you move in now!
That's all i can say!!

Sounds like a mess to me. I would find someone new that is not attached if I were you. No matter what, he is a married man.

I am sure it is not the first time it has happened, and it sounds like they have both moved on. I say go for it

For starters, why not ask him to finish his divorce???? Why would you even consider moving in with a married man..for that is exactly what he is.....MARRIED

Since she has a boyfriend living there already, I think it would be perfectly fine.
