Ugh- Poison Ivy is something of a plague here!
Wash well with soap and water. Then dab rubbing alcohol or Witch Hazel on it. After that dries, apply a liberal coat of calamine lotion
Meanwhile try not to scratch: That will just open you up to infection.

The quickest way to get rid of poison ivy, especially if its on your face, is to go to a doctor. Pay your $20 copay or whatever it may be and the doc will give you a steroid shot and a cortisone shot. You will also leave with a topical ointment that really does a great job of drying out the rash. Going to the doctor is well Worth trying to fight it with just calamine and benedryl.

Eek,poison ivy!
First take a warm(wet) towel and rap it around the area.Apply aloe vera(keep applying) and it will go away!
