Get a lawyer...do the paperwork...pay the money...become a citizen!!! Then you can have the same rights that I have. Or...go home and enjoy the rights you have there as a citizen. It's not that difficult, this is a country with laws, not a charity!

The word you are missing from your question is just a word but it is extremely important. Immigrants are not denied rights. "Illegal" immigrants are denied services, etc. Understand you must be a citizen to have the same rights we enjoy here in america. Illegal immigrants are not citizens nor are they protected by any rights extended to those legally living/visiting here.

The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights states in Article 13, line 2:
"Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country."
Article 13 does not provide the right for any global citizen to illegally enter any host nation they so choose. Yet human rights and morality advocates vociferously claim such a right, obviously without justification as such a right is not provided in the widely accepted human rights declaration.
They bastardize everything for their own benefit.

This is from the Mexica Web site:
We totally reject all illegal European colonial squatter occupation borders on our continent. We also reject COLONIALISM'S right to keep stealing the wealth of our lands. AND we reject their artificial divisions of our people!

WHAT RIGHTS would I have in Mexico if I immigrate illegal? Would Mex ,feed me,give me free health and hospitalization and all the other goodies? I DON'T THINK SO.Would my family get food stamps and pay me cash so I need not pay taxes.Would I collect a unemployment check or Social Security even though I never worked. For you citizens, tired of this BS,be sure to fill out and send in your survey on "NATIONAL ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IMPACT SURVEY' sent out this week.

Legal immigrants are afforded the full protection of the US constitution and have their rights protected, just like a citizen.
An ILLEGAL immigrant is a criminal, a person that is breaking our laws; as such he is subject to exploitation by unscrupulous people.
For the criminals to parade around, playing for the sympathy of the uneducated, is pure hutzpah. That is what upsets normal people.

we don't deny immigrants rights...Illegal immigrants are a different story..they don't have the same rights, or pay taxes, or vote, or are they law abiding citizens or they would be here legally. Legal immigrants have worked hard to make a life for themselves here , doing it the correct way. They have all my respect!

What are you talking about? Illegal immigrants have no rights and legal immigrants have their right protected the same as natural born citizens.

No one wants to deny LEGAL immigrants their rights. We do not, however want people in this country ILLEGALLY! If you want to live here, come here legally. If you come illegally, don't come to Oklahoma because we just passed laws that say you can't draw welfare, food stamps or get Medicaid! Stick that in your taco and smoke it!

Because if they are here illegally they don't have US Citizen's rights.
Why don't you look up Mexico's policy on illegal immigration and see how Americans would be treated if walked across the same paths as illegals from Mexico, but in the opposite direction.
