[[Different question this time]]

My boyfriend and I went on vacation and we recorded the trip on his grandmas video camera. The camera records movies on cassettes, not vcr cassette, but tape player cassettes. What I am wondering is, is it possible to make a copy of that, on like...a cd so I can watch it on my computer and edit it on my computer? Or how do I transfer the movie to my computer? How can I do this?

Here's a helpful guide for transferring videos to a computer:

The process is different depending on whether the video is digital (miniDV, Digital8) or analog (8mm, High 8, VHS-c).

You need to find out more on that video camera and see what format the video is. It sound like the cassette can play nowhere else and you need to play-back using the camera, look for a piece of cable that can connect the camera to PC (USB) and see if there is a CD with program that come with the video camera. The program should allow you to transfer the video to PC.
If the video camera can only be connected to TV and no cable available for PC, then it can become expensive and you need a video capture card which allow you to connect camera to PC.

the only video that records on audio cassettes was the Fisher-Price pxl 2000 toy camera. it was monochrome, but has an antenna out for watching on a TV set. use that TV out and record on a VHS home deck. Once on VHS you can take to a camera shop to get a transfer to DVD for your computer, or find a friend with a VHS/DVD dual deck and make a DVD copy.

FYI the pxl 2000 is quite valuable, especially in working condition. it could be sold for the price of a new miniDV camera.
