Have you never done this little thing? Stand just a few inches past arm-length from a wall, with a small chair between you and the wall, the back of the chair towards your body. Now bend at the waist, and tilt slightly forwards so your head touches the wall. Pick up the chair, just barely off the floor. Now try to stand up. Men can't do it. They're top-heavy. Women, with their often-attractive bottom-heavy bodies, stand right up and can't understand what the deal is.

Human Lower Body Parts

The lower body weighs more. As someone pointed out, the lower body has the leg bones and strong muscles that get used every day. The upper body has the lungs, big sacs of air.

When you are in the water, do you tend to float head down or feet down?

Mix it up. You can do chest and triceps day one, back and biceps on day 2, take day 3 off, legs on day 4 and Shoulders on day 5. take day 6 off, then repeat from top. You can also do chest and back, etc. Mix it up. The intensity is very important. Challenge the muscles with the pyramid approach 12, 10, 8, 6. Start with a light weight and add more weight after each set. Train hard grow easy!

Usually the lower. The femurs (thigh bones) are the biggest, strongest bones in the body. Most of your weight comes from bones.

Maybe if you have huge knockers, then the top half'll outweigh the bottom.
