For a big refund...they have spent thousands of dollars, to do the right thing..from many, many countries..so why don't they sue our government in a class action law suit, to get back their money...after all, our government is giving illegal immigrants almost the same privleges..rewarding them for coming here illegally...Don't get me wrong, I do feel for the ones who have no money and want a better life, but laws are laws, and render unto Ceasar, what is Ceasars, and I don't mean Ceasar Chavez...What say you?

I love Tom Tancredo...I am talking about the citizens who have paid thousands and thousands of dollars to attorneys to be a legal citizen, THEY should sue our government, for a refund.

And P.S., MY dad's family were Immigrants, from ITALY and the first thing they did, was LEARN ENGLISH and become LEGAL CITIZENS...

Again, to be perfectly clear, I am asking why don't LEGAL immigrants, that did NOT sneak across the border,...sue our government..for a nice big refund for all the money they had to pay, and continue to have to pay...to become citizens..if our country is going to continue to let others have the same rights for FREE.

FABUTASTIC IDEA! You're right. They did everything correctly and respect our laws and the illegals are given a 'free pass' for comitting a crime? There is actually a group of Hispanic Immigrants (Documented and legals) who are fighting amensty (I believe they're called, You Don't Speak For Me) and it would be great if they did just that!

REFUND? When did illegal immigrants give any money to the government, they don't pay taxes! Many of them have stolen IDs, how would you like someone using your name and social security number. How would you like it if they committed a crime and you were then arrested for it!

I think they should! I would be pissed off if I went thru all of that and then saw all of the illegals getting benefits and trying to get rights they don't deserve.
