I noticed they now have 100 calorie ice cream items. I don't remember who makes them, but there are several different kinds.
They're not healthy for you, but they're a great treat and won't throw your diet way off.
The Skinny Cow items are good too, but a bit higher in calories.

You can make ice cream at home. You can blend raw cashews, evaporated cane juice, alcohol-free vanilla and soy powder. Depending on the flavor you can use pecans, carob (chocolate substitute) power and/or chips, strawberries (buy them fresh and then freeze them). You can also make popcycles by freezing 100% juice drinks or freezing then blending fruits like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc. Any questions, let me know!

Low fat/diet fudge bars are very good. My mom bought them when she was on a diet and gave one to me... I couldn't tell that they were diet or low fat. They have 20 calories, are fairly cheap, and taste amazing!

Make your own popsicles from Crystal Light in one of those kiddie molds (did you have one of those as a kid?). If your diet allows, use 100% juice.

The food difficulty doesnt look love this is putting u in a bad temper. attempt to excersize or bypass on a jog. that usually places me in a greater effective temper. ingesting junk food wont help besides the indisputable fact that this is okay to consume it specifically circumstances.

Real frozen fruit juice, if you don't feel like making it yourself I think there's a storebought brand of popcicles that use real fruit juice, so you might want to check your local grocery store for that.
