The United States of America produces more carbon dioxide than most countries combined. As for per capa /per city % I don't know.

i actually can no longer disagree with the self belief of many human beings.. yet, if the they did disban the $; it would fall down the international financial equipment. Who buys the main oil from the middle east. Who has all those factories in China and India. Who purchases all those products. The checklist is going on.

United States is about 5.5 metric tons carbon per capita
China is about 0.9 metric tons
India is about 0.3 metric tons

USA outdoes the rest of the world. We may have more land, but we have fewer people than China.

At the moment its China. They dont have any restrictions on what there buproducts are and there is no filter for anything to be caught. Then thers india, nnot the gretest but not the worst either. Im not glorifiying the u.s. but we at least have made the push to clean up our air.

im nt 100% sure but if i had to guess china because its population and its close 2 japan and living in japan everyday the polution is so bad that its like smoking a pack a cigaretts a day
