Depends on where it won't open from...

If you have issues with the inside door handle only, either the child safety lock is on (This switch gets flipped more times by accident than you think) or the inside door handle has a habit of stripping the gear and won't open the door from the inside only...


If no open from both sides:
The latches on the inside have had issues with them jamming occasionally. Will require a body shop or a mechanic shop to remove the door panel, and unjamb the door to replace the latch assy.. It's not a pretty price either

Check to see if the child safety latch is on.

The latch or lock might be broken, you will need to have it changed or at least checked if you can't do it yourself

you need to get into it and check the mechanism, probably just dirty
