I had a bit of food poisoning last weekend. I had some brisket that wasn't fully cooked. The next day I was sick and had diaria the whole day, now it's coming out more solid, but it's a pale brown color. Does anyone know what that means? ( i'm serious)

It can possibly be a serious warning sign. It can indicate a problem with your gallbladder. I had pancreatitis, a very serious illness, last year, and I had what you're describing for several weeks before I got sick, and found out that was a symptom. I think C-diff, a dangerous intestinal infection, can have that, too. I think you really ought to see a Dr., who will examine you, and probably do some lab work (blood work and stool sample). You have to be sure it isn't something serious

Your stool will be coloured by what you eat, certain foods will over-ride the normal colour of brown (ie: lots of green veggies will make it greenish, etc) If the pale/tan colour continues or if it goes away and comes back see your doctor, you might have a problem with your gall bladder or an issue with a blocked bile duct.
