Eye strain can cause headaches. But it seems that your headaches are coming from your neck and shoulders. This seems like it's from too much computer work and how you are sitting at your desk. You need to make sure that you are not at the wrong level for your monitor and that your keyboard is close to you. You may feel better after you get your glasses.

I feel that a chiropractor would help you get rid of the headache and the neck and shoulder problems. I've enclosed a link or you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area. Show this answer to your parents so they can understand why you need to go.

I've also enclosed a link about desk exercises which are important to do every half hour when you are working.

i regularly get up with complications too, and I certainly not inspiration a lot of it when you consider that my head is lovely touchy. I inspiration it was once simply my pillows or some thing. But just lately I went to the dentist and for the primary time they spotted a few chips in my enamel, after which they requested if I have complications while I get up. I stated sure, then they requested if I have pressure, which i certainly do. It seems that it is most likely I sleep with my enamel clenched. It's now not regularly the reply, but when the pressure factor is right, i might advise speaking on your dentist approximately a mouthguard when you consider that it is most likely you are a enamel clencher/grinder

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
