the direct translation makes no sense.but in my country its along the lines of we are going to f....k.
it came from the way roosters and hens make love,believe it or no.
when you say ESTAN PISANDO,you re saying the are doing it,but like a said in a less romantic fashion.
unless vamos a pisar its in the middle of a whole sentence but vamos a pisar once its get translated by itself does not make much sense.

Pisar means to "step on". Vamos a pisar would mean "let's step on"
As in "voy a pisar una cucaracha" = I'm going to step on a roach.
¡No me vayas a pisar!= Do not step on me (as in dancing)
Pisar un negocio = close a deal
However in Guatemala and other countries in Central America it can mean to have sex, taken from the way chickens and other birds have sex. "El gallo pisa la gallina" = the rooster steps on the hen.
It might mean to have sex in this case, but it is hard to know without the full context of the phrase.
