http://bible.ort.org
is a really great resource for learning for your Bar Mitzvah, it has all the Torah Parshahs and Haftarot in both audio and text format (both with & without Nikud).

You will an online Tikkun of the Torah portion of Sh'lach Lecha for you to follow along with here:
http://bible.ort.org/books/torahd5.asp?action=displaypage&book=4&chapter=13&verse=1&portion=37

Likewise, your Haftarah which is Joshua 2:1 - 2:24 is found here:
http://bible.ort.org/books/haftarotd4.asp?action=displaypage&book=4&chapter=2&verse=1&portion=41

On that page the red speaker next to the word Shlach plays this audio file for your Torah portion:
http://bible.ort.org/books/ram.asp?readings=1&ram=http%3A%2F%2Fbible%2Eort%2Eorg%2Fwebmedia%2Flargera%2Ft4%2Fst04%2A%2Era
and this one from the Haftarah page:
http://bible.ort.org/books/ram.asp?ram=http%3A%2F%2Fbible%2Eort%2Eorg%2Fwebmedia%2Flargera%2Fh4%2Fht04%2Era
Unfortunately for you this is in Real Audio format and I don't know of a converter to make it play on your iPod. But it is still cool that they have the entire $90 program working online for you to listen to. The leining of the Trope is correct, and the pronunciation is Ashakanaz. (So if you want Sephardic pronounciation you need to look elsewhere.) If you buy the CD, it does contain WAV files of the entire Torah. And you could then convert the WAV files to whatever you want to put on your iPod. The program is currently selling for $60 here:
http://www.jewishsoftware.com/products/Navigating_the_Bible_II_757.asp?bhcd2=1178068539

A less expensive product would be Leining Master for $30, it has all the Torah portions in MP3 format on 1 CD so you can easily transfer it to your iPod. There are two versions available, depending on which pronounciation your congregatation follows. Buy it here:
http://davka.com/cgi-bin/product.cgi?product=378

You can hear all of Torah read without cantillation using Sephardic pronounciation here:
http://www.aoal.org/hebrew_audiobible.htm
http://www.mechon-mamre.org/p/pt/ptmp3prq.htm
These files are in .MP3 format so you shouldn't have any problems there. But knowing the pronounciation is only half the battle, everyone is going to expect you to sing the tune properly as well.

I don't know about putting the text onto the iPod. If you can put straight Unicode text onto the iPod, then you should be able to copy the text from here:
http://www.mechon-mamre.org/i/t/t0.htm

Should you need to learn other various portions of the service, I highly recommend the Virtual Cantor:
http://www.virtualcantor.com
The files on this site are all .MP3 format.

Yes, I think you can scan your Torah & Haftarah into a graphic file and upload it as a GIF file. Since I don't own an iPod, I am not completely sure of the requirements. There is a product called iDaven that gives you all the graphic files for full Siddur. No audio files though. You can buy the product here:
http://davka.com/cgi-bin/product.cgi?product=382

Here is an example of Grace After Meals that you can download and look at on you iPod to see how this would look:
http://www.idaven.com/birchas_hamazon.html

So, it would just be a matter of getting the Hebrew text converted to a GIF graphic and getting those loaded onto your iPod. Then get the .MP3 files of the reading onto your iPod and sync the graphic that you need with the audio and you are set to follow along.

Another way of obtaining the audio would be to have the man who normally reads the Torah portion in your congregation to cant your portion for you and record that off and put it on your iPod. And after you have studied and listened over and over again, go back to him and have him listen to you cant the portion.

My son had an awful time with the bible.ort program. The cantor is too mature and too professional and polished to be followable by younger singers. We ended up with Trope Trainer Deluxe, from Kinnor Software at http://www.kinnor.com/. This is more expensive, but lets you choose world and regional accents, tunes and variations, and pronounciations. It lets you pick the range of the music to suit the range of your voice. It lets you hear the music from very fast to very slow. The tutorials are very thorough and understandable. They even have printed music at the bottom of the page that shows the notes for each word and trope in the portions. These are in the same key, no matter what key you have the program set to, but they were exceedingly helpful in figuring out exactly where to put every pitch and every timing on every word in the portion. They even had some silly sounds to play in tune with the tropes, more as comic relief than anything else. My son loved listening to birds chirping his portion! They also have a separate option for recording and exporting to other devices, but we never bought it or needed it. I don't know what that privilege costs, but in your case it sounds worth every penny. After his Bar Mitzvah, he was asked to cant quite frequently. He never needs the program anymore for tropes, but still uses it once in a while for pronounciation guidance.
