Could be drug reaction /oral thrush, next time be careful, rinse your mouth 3 times daily with some oral solution/mouth wash and it will clear off.

First of all you should not be playing with an asthma inhaler. There are bad side effects to albuterol and even if you were playing with it you were breathing some of it in. Yes that is what has caused the sores on your tongue. You are lucky it is not something worse. People who use albuterol inhalers should rinse their mouth out after use. I hope whoever this was prescribed for does not need it.

You are actually describing oral thrush, which is a yeast infection of the mouth. The best treatment available for the most economical price is from Wal-Greens. It is a mouthwash that is formulated to fight thrush. It is called "Prevention Mouth Rinse" and the label is green and black. It costs about five dollars for a medium sized bottle which should clear the infection up. In the meantime, be more careful of where you stick your tongue.
