despite some ridiculous answers on here, no diet pills are dangerous so long as you take the right ones for you. The only way to ensure you get the right ones is to ask a professional who knows about weight loss products. I used the nutritional guy from www.myhealthabc.com, he asked me lots of questions and then recommended the ones that would be ideal for my situation. My health is better than ever, I use a combination of all natural diet supplements and I have lost 22 pounds in ten weeks. Ask someone who really knows and you will be fine, good luck.

It depends what you mean by "diet pills".
Ones that are properly prescribed for you by your GP would not be classed as dangerous providing you are taking them correctly and are being monitored / assessed regularly on you progress.
However, ones that you buy from the internet can have dangerous side effects and you wouldnt even know the damage you are doing (they are sales people, they just want your money and dont care about your health).
As for diet pills you can buy off the shelf in chemists and the like, they are mostly just vitamins, or a mild laxative and actually dont do much in the way of actively making you lose weight.

herbal ones- not so much
chemical, bulk produced - yes
either way, they repress hunger and this cant be great. it also stop you absoring the minerals from food and you can end up with complications that few doctors can recognise
i say you keep away from pills. and go on a normal diet and exercise regime

Generally most do have potentially serious side effects. As important they seldom contribute much to sustained weight loss.
