I do--He is my Lord and Savior, and He sits at the right hand of the Father making intercession for God's children.

Yes, more this past year than ever before. I no longer believe that He is God nor do I believe that He died on the cross. The Spirit of truth has always been the savior of mankind and the one who reveals the Father and Son to us. Jesus was the Messiah to the Jews period. He did give us an example of what a life lived under the guidance of the Spirit of truth looks like. Any one who faithfully follows the Spirit of truth rather than the bible or Jesus will learn how to apply the lessons that Jesus taught.

I not only believe in Jesus- I follow Him as Lord and Savior- there is a difference. I am so thankful that Christ gave His life so that I could live for Him forever- and rose from the dead so that I too can have victory over sin. Praise the name of Jesus!

No.

For the person who said:
>There is as much historical evidence for Jesus as there
>is for Alexander the Great and Julius Caesar
So... there's zero evidence for Alexander the Great and Julius Caesar? That doesn't sound right! There's no evidence for Jesus' existence. There are plenty of people who wrote about early Christians and their beliefs, but no writings specifically about Jesus outside of the Bible, which is a mythological text and cannot constitute "proof."

I believe that everyone should believe in a man named Jesus, living in the same time and place as the biblical Jesus, wether you believed he is the Son of God, performed miracles, and such, or if you believe he was a good man, or even a con man is a matter of faith and opinion.
There is as much historical evidence for Jesus as there is for Alexander the Great and Julius Caesar
