What does this mean...?

when you have recessed gums, sniff a lot, have constant dry mouth, and drastic, extreme mood swings...

The gums I don't know, however the rest can be the result of allergies.

Recessed Gums is genetic, sorry. Mood swings could be hormonal, do not state what age you are. Dry mouth, constant like even when you eat, lack of saliva? Sniff a lot, could be allergy. I would try and see a Doc see if they can help with the mood swings.
