It's hard to know without knowing you personally what will work best for you. I believe BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that Jesus is able to do ANYTHING!!! But sometimes He allows us to go through stuff for a reason. My advice:
1. Cling to Him- pray, find comfort from verses in the Bible (especially the Psalms)- There is also a verse that simply says that "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of POWER and of LOVE and a SOUND MIND". I don't know what is causing your fear, but sometimes just quoting or focusing on a Bible verse related to what I am going through really helps me. For particular verses to focus on you can look up (for example) the word "fear" in the concordance of a Bible- or at a site like biblegateway.com When I first moved into my house I had TONS of fears and I would read several reassuring Bible verses over and over each night before I went to bed.
2. I'd also look into surrounding yourself with some good friends and hopefully a good church family to help you though whatever you are dealing with
3. And sometimes you truly do need the help of some professional- I used to work in the mental health field and it often takes LOTS and LOTS of time to figure out which meds, therapy, etc... that will give the most relief. Be sure that you have a doctor that you feel comfortable opening up to and that will continue to work with you until you find something that works for you.
DON'T GIVE UP- There truly is HOPE- Life is not meant to be miserable and you are truly heading in the right direction if you rely on the strength of Jesus to meet your need.

Only if you really think he can.
A sugar pill would do it to, if you really thought it would.
Your fears are in your head, for whatever reason. You need to find out that reason and find a way to resolve it.
Meds are not a solution, they may be able to help you cope while you sort it out but I doubt that they will cure you.
Talk to your doctor about it, they will be much more knowledgeable about this and you than anyone here. If you think that they are not giving you good care, get a second opinion, you have a right to that. If you are not seeing one, ask if seeing a psychiatrist would be helpful.
The only person who can resolve your fears is you. However, other people can help you down that path. Find the people that will do that.

I You didn't state whether your fears and anxieties are physiological or psychological. I suffered anxiety and had to live on xanax just to be able to breathe. Part of it was caused by a thyroid imbalance. The other part was caused by fear fed to me by the church. I'm not church bashing, just telling the truth. Since I left the church and my religion the fear is gone. I look inward for everything. The answers are all there. Therein lies my spiritual life also. When you are doing what's right for you anxiety has a way of just disappearing.I wish you the best and hope you find your answer really soon. I know the hell you are in.

Cast your cares on Him because He cares for you. Jesus want you to pray and leave your cares at his throne. He died on the cross for you so you can take your cares, wants, need and problems that you can't handle. God is your Heavenly father he will cover you and keep you safe. I will pray for you, May God bless you. Tell the devil that you are God's child and he will flee from you. Ask Jesus into your heart right now and make Him your Lord and your savior. Now you are a child of the king. :-)

Yes, if you pray and ask him to release you from your fears he will. Fears do not come from God, but from the enemy and he uses them to torment us. Believe in what God says about you...the Bible says in 2 Timothy 1:7 For God did not give you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. God gave you those things and the spirit of fear over you is right from the pits of hell and you need to send it back where it belongs.

No, but a personal relationship with God is the beginning of wisdom. When you trust and rely on Him, He will give you a peace that passes all understanding so you can rest in His everlasting love.

Prayer is not a magical event that persuades God to make your life easier. He has ALREADY freed us if we follow Him!
Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
The bible is God's word written directly to us from God! Read it! You will find comfort in His word! I promise!

If someome does it won't be Jesus,it will be yourself, your higher self.Asking help from Jesus is like asking self from a doctor who is not living anymore.Jesus has done his work in this world. However, there are still Saints in our century such as Jesus wich can really help you overcome all your problems and find the truth.Search and you will find!

He certainly can, but that doesn't necessarily mean He will. If, however, you are a true believer, you can be assured that He is working out all things for your good.
