Loreal Preference is really good. Dont buy Feria, its crap!! It fades in a week and gets super brassy FAST! I used it a couple times... waste of my money! I have had good luck with Loreal Preference.

If you have a Sally's Beauty supply store anywhere near you that would be best. I think they may also be on line....
You dont need a hair license to but hair color....only perms and certain high volume bleaches.
